Where does Layer Zero Consulting work?
We provide remote and on-site services across Middle Georgia, including Macon, Warner Robins, Perry, Byron, and surrounding communities. Ask about remote services outside the area.
What services do you offer?
Our services include managed IT, Microsoft 365 administration, Intune and device management, cybersecurity and compliance-related work, networks and infrastructure, cloud migration, and help desk support.
What does the free consultation include?
It is an initial conversation about your business, current problems, goals, and fit for our services. It does not include a free technical audit or configuration work.
How much will a project cost?
Pricing depends on the agreed scope, systems, responsibilities, and deliverables. We discuss those details before work starts rather than publish a one-size-fits-all price.
Can you work alongside an existing IT provider?
We can discuss a scoped engagement alongside your existing arrangements. Responsibilities, access, and communication need to be agreed before work begins.
Who will I work with?
You work directly with owner Jason Allen. Layer Zero Consulting is backed by 15 years of public- and private-sector IT experience.
Do you guarantee compliance or prevent every security incident?
No. Security work must be matched to your environment and requirements. An assessment or implementation is not a guarantee against incidents or a certification of compliance.
What should I send with my inquiry?
Share your company name, contact details, a high-level description of the problem, and your preferred timeline. Do not submit passwords, security codes, or sensitive system exports through a general inquiry form.
